Are minecraft xbox editon downloadable maps compatible with the PlayStation 3 version of minecraft?

Probobley not because the Xbox is made by Microsoft and the Playstation 3 is made from Sony so i'm betting that it is not compatable maby it is if you are willing to try insert a USB into your Xbox then get the file for the map saved onto the USB then insert your USB into your PS3 and try copying it to your minecraft file PS: I'm ACTULLY NOT SURE THIS IS MAINLY A SUGGESTION

Obviously not, and they are NOT clones of each other, they are not made the same and use completely different hardware and software. That's like asking if a PC game will work in a Gamecube, or a DVD working in a VCR. It's just not gonna happen because they're totally NOT clones and thus NOT compatible.

When ever you insert a new USB into the xbox 360, the data you will end up saving on there's coded to the Xbox only at the time. There are some programs that allow you to convert worlds from the PC to the 360. But this conversion can cause a lot of bugs. I don't think that there's a program that allows you to transfer data from the 360 to the PS4 or vice versa.
