Did you serously day this. YES IT WOULD RUN MINECRAFT PERFECTLY I USE A SUCKY LAPTOP AMD RADEON 4200 WITH 4 GIG RAM. MINECRAFT RUNS PERFECTLY. So DON't WORRY.OH AND SORRY about THE CAPS.

Yep, no problem, just put the FPS on "max" and turn off the fancy graphics, and you'll be all set.
