Will i be able to run minecraft at atleast 45 fps?

Ya know, I think you might be able to squeeze even 60 frames out of that if you are lucky, and do a little bit of overclocking.

In all seriousness though, please tell me what gaming at 3000 fps is like.

Minecraft for whatever reason, is laggy as hell now. Turning with the mouse, now feels like it's skipping, like it isn't smooth movements anymore. Moving forward and backwards seems to work fine.

Your PC will definitely be able to run MC at 60 FPS with zero problems. I've been finding that the more memory you give to java, it seems to run better. Now I've got 32gb ddr3 ram, and I think I've allocated 12gb just to java. The game does run better than the default memory java is given, BUT, I shouldn't have to allocate insane amounts of ram just to get it to run nice.
