Why can't earn trophies in psn?

In minecraft when i do a trophy a I in a circule pops out telling me "YOU DID NOT EARN A TROPHY" and i check my trophy list and i did not earn the trophy please someone help me

Are you playing in creative mode? If you are then trophies are turned off.

If cheats or creative mode is on. Then you're not getting trophies
