I have the walmart one and can run minecraft good (10 chunks, fancy graphics, and smooth lighting maximum with 30 FPS) Also it can run Team fortress 2 maxed out. Plus for it being almost $100 less, you should go for it.
The second one is better, cause i hav that one, and my friend bought another one, the Dell's fuctions are better than the first one, hope it helps
The one from best buy. It has a better integrated graphics solution so minecraft will run better on it when compared to the dell.

This one will be able to run minecraft better than either of your other laptops and keep in mind that Newegg doesn't charge tax as long as you don't live in California, New Jersey, or Tennessee. That helps justify the slightly higher price because you would be paying tax on the others anyway. If you really don't want the one I recommended, then definitely go with the first one. It will give you a much better experience.
