I'm looking for a laptop mainly for music and school work but i want one that can handle minecraft and Lol. I'm not looking to play BF4 on ultra setting just a decent laptop. But I can't really tell what the difference is between these to is besides the 250 GB memory difference and I think the HP has better display. Can anyone help me out here?

After comparing, I think its the Toshiba satellite. Most of the configs are almost same.

They both have nearly the same specs. Same CPU, GPU, RAM, same size screen. Just that hard drive space. If you play a lot of different games, you're gonna want more space. Otherwise, I trust HP just a slight bit more than I trust Toshiba.
(In all honesty though, if you get good graphic capability from a $420 computer, I'd be shocked.)

They are almost the same, other than the hardrive, however HP is a lot more trustable then Toshiba. I have never seen a computer that good that cheap, so either one is a good offer, but if i were you, i would go with HP. By the way, the hardrive difference probably won't even affect you because its unlikely you will ever even fill half the hardrive.

If you want to buy the laptop out of these two then go with Toshiba.
Reasons-
- Have more Hard Disk Space.
- Toshiba RAM is expandable upto to 16GB which means that you can upgrade your RAM anytime you want while this option is not available in HP.
- Toshiba uses 6 lithium cell which means that you get good battery backup.
