Yeah, I want to know which Graphics Card is better. Oh, and these all are laptop graphic cards.

For emulation, your cpu capabilities are more relevant.
First, do know that, Laptop graphics cards can't be changed. So this means that there's nothing much by the way of configuration that can be changed on such Laptops with GPU soldered onto the System-board. You may be able to assign more RAM to the GPU and all that but that is about it.
Second, the fact that higher end embedded Laptop graphics card will drive the cost of the laptop high, really quickly. If you are willing to spend $ 2000 to $ 3000 you maybe able to get a higher end laptop with high end GPU, with which you can play all the games that you would like to.
