Horses are allready out on PC anyway try upgrading your launcher and or game.

You mean Xbox 360 or PS3? Apparentley, It's coming out in August.

Horses were introduced in Minecraft 1.6.1 for PC. I don't think horses are out yet for PE or console, but they are only hinted they made be made available in future updates.
