What's the name of this adventure map?

Its a puzzle map with like 7 different categories that you have to beat. PyrofilmsFX did a video it before "something" happened to him.

I'm assuming it's a Minecraft adventure map, check out the map called Diversity.
The Yogscast did a video series on it a while back.
