So i want to record a moded survival and don't want to do the generic one that Sky or them use, I want a cool one they haven't used so its unique.
So, any suggestions?

Like Luke said, there are some premade launchers that allow you to do it. The one that I use and highly recommend is FTB. Information about it can be found in the link below.

On the technic launcher you can get some pretty awesome premade modpacks, not all of which are massively intensive on your computer

Technic: Tekkit, Hexxit, Attack of the B-team and Crafting Dead

Tekkit Classic is definitely worth your time. It's a modpack all about techy, electronic and labby stuff. I'd advise you to start whatching the Tekkit series by the Yogscast. It really inspired me to buy Minecraft and get Tekkit (now renamed Tekkit Classic). Hope I helped.
