Sure. Your specs more then enough. But it can be costly.so decrease your specs a little.

That laptop will run minecraft way over 90 FPS on max settings. Consider playing other games and not just minecraft or just get a cheaper PC, my $400 Laptop can run it maxed out at 30-60 FPS xD. Just a tip, if the laptop is customizable lower the RAM amount to save money, at the most you will only need 16GB.
