What pc would you recommend for me to play Minecraft?

You want a PC that has the following specs:
* CPU: Intel i3 - i5 or i7 if you can afford one.
* RAM: 8GB - 16GB if you can afford it.
* Graphics Card: GTX 4xx or better - GTX 750 if you can afford it.
* Hard drive: The larger the better, but nothing smaller than 1TB.

I would not bother with a SSD instead of a hard drive - too expensive.

You should be able to get a desktop with these specs for about $600-$700 if you go with a HP or a Dell from Costco. This won't be advertised as a "Gaming PC" but it will have plenty of power to play the games you listed.
