Well I made an account and want to buy minecraft. So I clicked the "get minecraft" button and it gives me 3 steps:
1 cerate an account
2 buy or redeem a code
3 download/install minecraft
there's also 2 things that say "create an account" and "already have an account?" but I can't click them… So my question is what is the code I need and how do I use/redeem it. In other words how do the last 2 steps work? WHAT DO I DOOO

So you made an account already the next step would to be to download the actual game. Make sure you on on the minecraft.net website and download the game. Youll have to purchase the game for it to actually work. (if you just download the game and input your user and password it would say something like you didn't purchase the game). The redeem code thing i believe is a gift card thing you could find in stores like gamestop. They have a code you could redeem at the back which is the equivalant of buying the game. I guess its for people that don't have paypal or a credit card of some sort of for gifting purposes. So you can find a gamestop and buy a card or you can purchase it online via their shop
