It's really all up to you because once you pick the username for minecraft you can't change it unless you make a new account witch you have to buy the game all over again

Think of nicknames or mash up words. My Minecraft username is Alphega44. I was bored one day so I mashed up alpha and omega. My favorite number is 4 so I added 44 at the end. You can also think of things you like. Think of a few and then imagine you using them for real. See which one best fits you. Hope this helps!
