Mostly going to used for League of Legends, but Minecraft too sometimes.
budget of up to 800$, and at least i5, 8GB and Windows 7 preferred but 8 is fine too. Also must be able to do school work on. Thanks for any help!

The best is what you think is the best, for your style, i personally like pc's with beast graphics and power, water cooling, and i use a hdmi to hook up my hd tv with my pc, but, people prefer laptops over pc's, or tablets over laptops, and the best pc in my choice, is the one you build yourself
Foe those games and school work you could spend around $500-600 and it will be just as good.
