Making a account cost money not the game so once you make a account they will co firm it in a matter or hours and then you can download the game off the Download section

Well yea. But you will need a bank account/visa. (you don't really have to pay search free minecraft at youtube you'll find dozen unless you want to support the developer than buy it)
