That particular sprite is also used in Super Smash Flash 2 for the Black Mage character

Earlier final fantasy sprite of the Black Mage. The sprite was created in Minecraft though. If you'd have specified which part you were talking about the answer would have been easier. You didn't say if it was the sprite art or what the sprite art was made in.
