What does a hospital need?

So I'm building a hospital in minecraft but i don't know what to add. I already have a morgue, pharmacy, clinics, officespace, surgery, cafeteria, labs, ER, MRI rooms, and a gift shop but i still have space left

Often there's a library for medical journals, a break room, sometimes treatment rooms for dialysis and so forth. Sometimes the billing department is in the building.
