What do I do for this mincraft error?

Oh boy, I used to get errors like this all the time. The problem for me was that I was too far away from my router, and it kept losing a stable connection to the internet. Also at other times from keeping the minecraft program open for too long could cause it to crash, so just restart the game if that happens.
