Trying to buy a Surface Book?

I'm planning on buying the new Surface Book and need some help with deciding if I should get the model with the GPU. I'm going to be a computer science major and want to play light games like minecraft or need for speed. Should I get the model with the GPU?

Yes GPU is pretty much mandatory for computer science and some game development/graphic software courses.
