So my family just got our computer upgraded to a Windows 7 because our last computer was really old, so i tried downloading Minecraft on it (minecraft.msi) and i did everything you're supposed to do, going on the website and downloading it, running it, but after it finished downloading, it displayed a message on my screen, "Unable to start the Minecraft Runtime Environment. This is most likely caused by a corruption. Please try to reinstall Minecraft." I keep trying to redownload it but it keeps doing the same thing. What do i do?
Something is wrong with my Minecraft?

Restart your computer. Make sure you delete all known files that have to do with your Minecraft. Then go to the website. The same thing happened to me but I did this and fixed it.
