MC skin change without minecraft.net?

For reasons that do not matter (and I'm too lazy to explain) in the context of this question, I'm unable to change my skin through the minecraft.net website. How else can I do this?

I'm afraid you can't. The only way to change skins in the PC version of Minecraft is through Minecraft.net.

You can through the minecraft launcher now. It's in the settings.
