Just a skin that has that mask would be really cool, i keep seeing it everywhere but i don't know where to find it, I ask people and they don't know what i'm saying because they are all arabian:/ but anyway please find me a skin with this mask and answer quick.

Looks like a payday skin. In the Payday games, there's a guy with a clown mask that looks sort of like it. Google up some Payday Minecraft skins and you should find a similar one. The screenshot you have has a high chance of the person owning the skin had copied the mask onto a custom body, but that's my guess.
