I downloaded it 2 years ago and deleted it for hard drive space but did not realize it would be a temporary pack. It is the only skin pack that i haven't got and i really want it! Is there ANY way, two years later, or anyWHERE that i could download this skin pact again?

Try going to your download history and see of you can find it there and re-download it. If not, see if a friend of yours has it and ask if you can license transfer the skin pack, if you want it that bad. Hope this helps!
