How to chnage skins in minecraft PE?

I have tried looking and looking but I just can't do it. I don't want to be stuck with the 'Steve' skin!

Right now there are no apps that change skins. BUT I'm pretty sure i no there's something that changes it in jailbreak but other than that, there are no ways. And I agree that nobody really likes Steve.
