Second, changing your skin depends on what version you are playing.

On the PC, you have to go to https://minecraft.net/...ecraft.net Log in, then you should have the option of changing your skin. You might have to wait a little while for it to kick in.

On the counsels, first you must buy a skin pack. Then I believe you change it in the setting menu.
