I been trying to make a Minecraft server so I was following a tutorial on Youtube and after I did everything the tutorial my internet stop working so I'm using a differnt computer but I've tried to restore my system but when I click restore I get this error: "Windows can't find 'C:\windows\system32strui.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly." Please help me!

First try booting in safe mode and do a restore from there, you have given little info on what you have done before this happened, bad news you may have to re-install your OS that is what the:\windows\system32strui.exe is
