No one will ever offer server space on an unlimited basis for a flat fee - you should forget about even looking.
Instead you should be thinking of setting your own server up, ie, buy a dedicated hosting PC that you leave on 24-7, just for hosting your minecraft world. It wouldn't need to be particularly high spec or anything.
