I made a minecraft server so I can play with my cousin, but it won't let him connect. Everytime he tries he gets an error message. I have whitelist turned off, I have port-forwarded. The only thing I can think of now is that he can't connect because he is on a linux based PC and I'm on Windows. I don't know if that makes a difference or not. But it would be nice to know if it does. Can anyone think of anything else that I could have done wrong? If you would like to try to connect to the server and see if you can see what's wrong the IP address is 25.163.132.184 If you need the name of the Server it is A Whole New World!
What is wrong with my minecraft server?

Either turn off or on connection or a firewall.

I think I've already allowed it through my firewall…

You firewall maybe block connections to minecraft. Make sure you allow minecraft through your firewall.

I really don't know what's wrong i tried joining and I'm on windows too and it wouldn't let me.

People on both Windows and Linux can connect to my Minecraft server just fine.
There's no server responding at 25.163.132.184. You have a firewall blocking it, your router doesn't have the ports forwarded, or your server is not running.
