Treasure Hunt Riddle

I'm on a minecraft server and there's a riddle for a treasure that I'm completely stumped on. It is as follows: On a trip we will go around the world you and me but coords may not always play nice you will see, start your journey with supplies at daylight, do not forget to slide 2 points to the right, this city is nice and filled with "roos" that careen and it starts with a B and is heard at halloween, so now youre close but the list is too long to bloat so thing of something which you do in a boat --- Thats the riddle and I'm completely fooled by it. I understand some parts may not make sense unless you actually play on the server, but anything that might help me understand would help
