I would skip the Computer class and take extra English Language classes. Learn how to spell proxy.

It wasn't very clear to me, are most of the proxy servers blocked? There are a lot of them… I mean in the hundreds so I think you can find at least one. Look up proxy servers. It's also not hard to make a proxy server by yourself. You can use your email to surf the internet but I don't know about downloading, though.
