Others can't join my minecraft bukkit server anymore, why?

I already port forwarded and its been running for a couple of months. Others were able to join without a problem. Now others can't join. I can join though. When others try to join it says "Timed Out"
Any suggestions?

If youve turned the pc off, then there's a good chance your ip has changed

there's this 1 service called no-ip, itgives you an address (eg NTC.no-ip.biz) rather than somethinmg like 100.100.0.0, and it has an auto updater to automatically adjust to new IPs

there's also a chance someone else on your network is using alot of internet, then yours might be slower
