I don't understand it, it isn't my friend's firewall, nor mine, i can long into my server using direct connection and it works, but not for ether of my friends, what could i check?
this is not a hamachi sever.

You need to portforward your router.

Forward the port 25565 on your router's digital settings. (usually can be accessed by entering you're default gateway IP into the searchbar in your browser, to find this, open cmd, type in "ipconfig" and it will be listed there)
