This minecraft server: op.nationsking.com is connecting to everyone but my minecraft can't find it…
this is not the first time a server has said it is down for me and up for everyone else like bosspvp and some others even hypixel at one point i went to command prompt and pinged the server so my network is reaching it

It could be the server administrator has your ip range banned. I would contact that server's administrator because they are the only ones that can resolve that issue since your internet connection is working fine and that the issue you are having is on their side. Sometimes, those server administrators will ban an entire ip range because stupid trolls like to mess up things for those that want to play the game normally.
