Minecraft singleplayer issue?

Recently i have been having an issue where i can move and all in singleplayer but nothing else like i can't drop anything mobs won't react to me and i can't destroy blocks its like playing another game when the servers get shut down and you can still move around for like 2 minutes but interacting with anything won't work before getting disconnected.

i've always been in survival mode and this started happening after 1.7.10 i didn't have problems before does anyone else have this problem or does anyone have a solution?

I had exactly the same problem so install an older version and try that. If that works then it means your PC/laptop doesn't like the new version. If this is the case then you will need to call technical support.

It's a bug, use Minecraft 1.7.9.
If you don't know how to switch back, here is how:
1. Open up the Minecraft launcher, but DO NOT hit play.
2. Go to your profiles, click on yours, then press "Edit Profile"
3. Go to versions, and switch to 1.7.9.
