I go on block city jail almost everyday and, for some reason, it isn't letting me connect. I can connect to other servers however. I went on the website and it says: Server Status Offline
What does this mean?

Haha, this is a common problem in minecraft users. Basically, the server is offline. The administrator has turned it off either to do maintenance or some other reason. There's nothing wrong with your computer (Client side) so you don't need to worry.

The server is temporarily offline. This can be caused by a number of things. Since all of your other loaded servers are online, you can conclude that the problem probably isn't something that you can control. Servers being offline are usually caused by server maintenance. Block City is a rather big server which requires quite a bit of maintenance. The server administrators are probably preparing a server update to better your gameplay experience. It should be back up in no time.
