The command for that would be /unban PLAYERNAME

I have a minecraft server. If your server is vanilla (From the minecraft.net website) then do /pardon [Playername]
If its bukkit (With plugins) do /unban
You can also always go to the 'Banned Players' file in the Server folder

On PS3, all you do it sign out of PSN and then sign in again. Restart server and invite him!
