When I went on my laptop today and opened minecraft, my world was still up from the last time I used minecraft. I quit the world and went back to the homepage to find that everything was deleted. No world, servers, or resource packs. They are also gone from the minecraft folder. After restarting, my laptop background went back to the default. I don't know if somehow data is being erased or if it is just a minecraft problem, Please Help ME!

Well unless you had a backup of all your data you can't replace it. But if you do have a backup drag the backup into your.minecraft folder and everything will be good

Check your recycle bin. Also, if you have file history enabled, you might be able to recover it.
