Mincraft Servers with Anti-Griefs?

I'm looking for a survival Minecraft server with no Griefs, something like The Cube SMP Server that's hosted by mineplex. Please if you know any just tell me, and they have to be completely Vanilla

If you're looking for completely vanilla, then not griefing would have to be based on the honor system, which is hard to come by because griefers are everywhere. If you're looking for semi-vanilla, then there will be anti-grief plugins, which makes it impossible to grief. I have the latter, if you're interested, but it's not vanilla.
