Looking for a good minecraft server?

Hi so i'm looking for small server like 15-50 people online every day, I would like it to have the ability to behead people and get there heads. I would like it to mainly be a survival server with economy, please comment any servers you know like this

does a factions server work? You can kill people and get a chance of a head… You can also get mobs heads like horses and spiders, but I think its harder to get them than player heads. I play it often and they also have minigames etc
