I Need A 24/24 Minecraft Normal Survival Server?

Please Guys I Need A 24/24 Minecraft Normal Survival Server On Minecraft 1.7.4 And On Each Update That Releases Also So Please Help!

First of all, you mean 24/7. Second of all, the regular survival server is a dying breed. Most use Factions or occasionally Towny now. And it does take time for the updates to be made into Bukkit, which is what most people use. Sorry man.
