I can't portforward on my Motorola SBG6580-G228?

A few months ago, I upgraded my router to a Motorola ModelSGB6580-G228.

I wanted to forward the port 25565 (for a minecraft server) so I went into CMD and typed ipconfig, got my default gateway and i tryed to login, I couldn't. I looked for many logins on the internet to try and login to this router and I couldn't. I called motorola and they said that they made it so that no one can login to the gateway. So I can't really do anything. I was wondering if anyone could help me with this problem.

That doesn't sound right.
- Who supplied the device, your ISP or you?
- If it's from your ISP, did you look on the bottom or the side for a sticker with logon info?
- What user ID/password combo's did you try? What IP is your router using? (192.168?)

The manual I found says your router uses 192.168.0.1 and uses "admin / motorola" for logon credentials.
