Hi, my Minecraft username is Cutiz2003 and I JUST made a Minecraft Server. My IP Address is my IP4v Isn't it? And on server.properties it says 'Online-mode: true' and when I try to connect to my srever I checked the IP and I have Minecraft_server1.7.10.exe open. Any help please? It would be nice.

Did you forward the port? Everything can be 100% on the dot and still not work if you haven't forwarded the port for players to connect on. You could forward the default port, or forward a port like 7777 which is easier to remember or type in, and have them connect to your server by typing in [yourIP]:[forwardedPort]
So if your IP is 123.45.678 and forwarded the port 12345, they'll put in "123.45.678:1234" into the box, but if you forwarded the default port, they just have to put in "123.45.678" and it'll connect, as Minecraft uses the default port unless specified otherwise.
