I want to know how to make a large server. It will be on multiplayer, but I can't seem to figure out how to paint a bigger server. I would like a big server like what is in this picture, are there any programs that allow me to make a big server like this?

Well, you'd need a good computer, and everyone on the server would need a pretty good computer. It will be faster if it's vanilla.

Have you tried using MCEdit? It's a world editor so you can "build" large scale projects easier. Also, servers grow over time. They start off with what they have and the community adds to it through collaboration or simply similar interests. You could build a large one yourself but that takes away most of the fun of a server. Also, you'll need a host that is capable of hosting your large server. That would either be having a good computer with good internet or paying for a dedicated server to host it on.
