I want a Minecraft Server that has at least 50 player slots, easy to make, free, and no servays. Is it possible to do this without having a website host it for you? Either leave a link or tell me instructions please.

Its quite difficult to set one up manually and you would need a high-end computer. My recommendation is SilvaGaming.com they do great server hosting for quite cheap prices.
