How to get a Cracked Minecraft server 1.2.5?

So I have minecraft cracked 1.2.5. I've tried to join other 1.2.5. Cracked servers by clicking the 'multiplayer' button and 'add server'. I type in the IP address correctly, then create the server to join. But then it says 'Can't reach server' and when I hover over it, it says 'no conection', whe I have perfect internet connection. I don't want touse Hamachi or Bukkit Servers becase they're way too complicated (Lol I'm Stupid w/ computers) and don't know how to use them. I don't have an account so I'm not registered. I tried to create my own server with my IP address, but I don't have an account, so it says 'Log in first'. Why is this? Is there a way I can join a cracked server? Do I HAVE to get a real minecraft account?

Yes you need a real minecraft account. And most likely its not a playable server. Servers tend to be around 1.7

No, you do NOT need a minecraft account to create a server. Minecraft servers are not tied to a Minecraft account. You simply download, configure, and run the server program. It is as simple as that. A "cracked" minecraft server is simply a server set to not use Minecraft authentication for users. It is a single setting in server.properties.

There are few if any clients old enough to join a 1.2.5 server. Why bother? Just use the current version.

I use bukkit, and I ran it "cracked" for a few years. No, I don't use Hamachi, that is not at all necessary.
