How to find builders for Minecraft server?

I'm trying to find builders for my minecraft server that are really good. I don't mind paying or anything. I just don't know how to find them.

The best way to find builders is making a YouTube video looking for staff and I'm also available to help if you would like I a reay good designer/ builder on minecraft

Try going on Planet Minecraft and starting a "Project." Ask in the description of the Project that you need a build team and that you're willing to pay. If anyone repsonds, ask for their skype and add them. DON'T PUT YOUR OWN SKYPE IN THE DESCRIPTION, I guarantee you will get trolled.
