How do I play Minecraft with 128kbps internet?

My internet provider is being an a****hole and throttling my internet to 128 kbps and when I try to join a Minecraft server it just keeps timing out and won't let me on. I don't want to play in single it's so boring I want to play online how can I do that?

Added (1). I can't get into the settings cause I can't even join the server

128 isn't too terrible make sure the device you are using isn't terrible. Also you can turn down render distance via settings

You can't, there isn't any magical way of playing modern online games with such slow speeds. You'll have to stick with single player
