Enjin/Minecraft Server Issues?

I have my minecraft server paired with my Enjin website (Enjin plugin installed, etc.). I'm registered on my website, but every time I try to use player-related commands on the server it gives me this warning: [14:24:58 INFO]: Enjin Error: That player has not registered on the website yet!
In order to use this feature the player must be added on the website.
