Does Anybody Want to Make a Minecraft Server?

I want to make a Minecraft server with someone that knows how to make one -
I tried to make one, but, I was following the instructions, and it required something my computer didn't have. I searched for it on my computer, and the internet said only Mac's had it. So, I gave up and deleted everything.
If you know how to: Make a server, add tools and armour to your hotbar when you begin the world, teleport (have a sign that says "Mining", and when you right click you go to a mine), etc.
I like playing server's owned by other people, but they can get confusing figuring out what you can and can't do to make sure you don't get banned. But email me if you do larochehailey14@gmail.com Or, if you have a server, comment the IP and I'll join.
